Social and Capacity Building Classes – SUBIACO

6 – 12 year olds
Work on building social skills with a small group of like minded individuals and an experienced educator.

Specific skills includes: expressing, detecting and regulating emotions; coping with change and routines; friendships and solving social problems; and relaxation techniques.

These will all be done in an interactive, fun hands on manner including arts and crafts, Science, and mindfulness techniques.
